I self-studied the last 3 in sophomore year (do colleges like that?)

SAT: 2200
I also took the SAT subject tests Math, Bio., Chem., Spanish, US History and did well.
Next year I'm planning to take Physics and Literature and the ACT

EC:
Track and Field: 4 years (won at several invitationals/meets)
Debate Team: 4 years / Current President & student coach (won several tournaments)

Afghan Club: President (awareness, community outreach etc.)
Student council for all 3 years and elected ASB Vice-President

I have 800 community service hours from working with children and the hospital and plan on getting 1,000 this summer.
I have a job as a summer camp specialist.

SO, I have good test scores and a lot of extra tests, 11 AP classes and 6 honors classes, most likely good teacher recommendations, extracurricular activities, and I have shown great leadership skills.

My grades were bad in 9th grade but I improved tremendously in academics and with e.c.'s. I've always wanted to go to UCB to study biology and then go to UCSF for med school. Will 9th grade ruin my chances? (Oh and I'm a middle-eastern male from California)
