Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and I hope I found out about it earlier...

Anyway, I'd like to know my chance or at least an estimate on rather if I can make it into Georgia Tech. (like no, maybe, probably, likely, yes or something like that)

SAT score of 2020 (600,800,620)

District GPA 5.88, State GPA 3.56 (I live in Florida and I'm not sure which one will be used)

15/450 rank in school (top 3%)

158+ community service hours from before/after school tutoring, museum volunteering, relay for life, etc

pretty solid extra curricular activities and demonstration of leadership

9 AP classes (2 on Chem, 3 on Human geo, stat, euro history, psychology, 5 on calc AB, and in progress for calc bc, micro/macroeconomics, and literature)

800 on SAT subject test Math II

I have a brother in GT... maybe this might be a + factor?

GT info:

2013 Freshman Applicants

Applicants: 17,678
Admit Rate: 41.05%
Freshman Class Size: ~2,700

2013 Freshman Class Profile

Mid-50% GPA: 3.85 - 4.11
Mid-50% SAT: 2000 - 2210
Mid-50% ACT: 29 - 33
Average # of AP/IB/Dual Enrollment classes taken: 6 - 11

I heard that as GT switched to common app this year, a lot of people applied already. I fear this might make my chance much lower than expected.

Thank you for reading this long post
