I have a 3.1 un-weighted GPA and a 3.3 weighted GPA, and I'm in the top 40% of my class as of right now. If I can get into A&M I plan on being in the Corps of Cadets, Which i've heard can sometimes help your chances of getting in. I hate to use excuses, but I have honestly had a somewhat rough time in high school both at school and at home. My parents are divorced and my sister has Turner's Syndrome so I have been limited as to what I can do for extracurricular activities. Last semester I took a dual-credit history course and I received a 92 for the semester, so that shows that I am capable. For last semester my grades are as follows: History-92, Digital Electronics-100, Pre-AP/GT Physics-87, Pre-AP Precal-74, Pre-AP Art-92, and English III-85.

But first I need to see what you got on the SAT. It’s good to hear you did a lot of AP and Pre-AP classes cause A&M likes to see someone with a heavy course load. Also, about your gpa and class rank. How many people are in your class cause smaller private schools like mine do not rank cause technically I am in the 33rd percentile of my class but since it’s a small private school and they compared my SAT scores to public schools, they placed me in top quarter.

Anyway, honestly, if you don’t have awesome SAT scores, being in top half of your class may leave you with low chances, idk, I’m still waiting to hear back as well and the wait is killing me. Hope you make it in!

Now, can you chance me?
My best one day SAT is:
660 Math
570 Reading
660 Writing

I am on the Varsity wrestling team at my school, I have a 3.53 GPA at my school, I am in the top 25% of my class. I am an Eagle scout. I play two instruments. And I’m in National Honors Society. I am taking AP Physics, AP Calculus, and an online dual credit course this semester.
I applied on January 3, 2012

Also, I’ve got like 400-500 community service hours and i’ve worked at summer camps two summers
