Chance of getting into UGA?

<p>UGA is my first choice, and I am absolutely OBSESSED. I spend my time on the UGA website looking at housing choices and reading about the university. I have a backup school already, but I really want to go here. Give me your opinion on my chances.</p>

<p>GPA: Overall Average of All Enrolled First-Year Students: 3.83
My GPA: my school doesn't calculate GPA, but I have an 86 weighted average.</p>

<p>Overall SAT-1 Average of All Enrolled First-Year Students: 1253
My GPA: 1270/1600, I took it once.</p>

<p>More than 88% were in their school's "advanced" or "most difficult" curriculum.
I have taken every single honors and AP class available to me throughout high school.</p>

<p>Percentage accepted is like 50%.</p>

<p>I'm soo scared. I dont find out till april 1st...
i've already been accepted into a backup school but its nothing in comparison..</p>

<p>what do you think? be honest. if you dont think i'll get in, i'd rather you tell me than lie to make me feel better. i appreciate your honesty, thanks. :)</p>

<p>You seem to have a high chance based on what you have provided, but I dont know how you answered those crazy essays and your EC, awards and such..</p>

<p>You might get in. UGA has gotten a lot tougher over the last few years because of the economy and everyone scrambling to get into state schools. Most of the people who got in EA had at least a 4.0 gpa.</p>
