Thank you welles10!

Different opinions of chances are still welcome!
I want a feel of what to expect, competitition wise - also if I even have a chance at an Ivy.

From this year budget crisis, the schools will most likely be reducing its applicant pool, thus the competition if bigger than ever, as it is every year sadly!

Good luck! College process is both amazingly rewarding and also the biggest and most terrifying moments in your life. Those letters of acceptance/rejections will be a hit to your pride or a boost in confidence, but I hope you get the best of the acceptances!

Thanks for the chance and encouraging advice, ChristianWu! :)

I’m going to be so relieved when this entire college process is over. This time next year I will be picking out dorm furniture! (That is if I get in anywhere, of course :P)

Wow, Columbia low reach? I was thinking EXTREME REACH. But then again, I don’t know that much about the admission process. :P

Thanks again!
Any other help is much appreciated. :)

Bump
Still welcoming other chances
It is much appreciated.

This must be the most absurd circumstance I’ve ever come across to. A valedectorian or salutatorian with a 3.85 UW tells you something about the high school! If you are the best that your school sends out this year then save your disappointment by not notifying your school of which mediocre college you got into off the wait-list.
