If you read this far, I appreciate you taking the time :)
Chance please!

I also interned one summer bump

I think you have a solid chance at all since you are well rounded and are an athlete.
The first five-in
Purdue-probably
UCs(except Berkeley)-probably in
BC, Stanford, USC-reaches but definitely possible especially since your gpa is improving and you’re well rounded

Good chance at all except…
Stanford- no
Ucla- reach
Uc Berkeley-no
Usc-reach
Bc-reach

thanks for the chance
if it makes any difference i think my UC gpa is like 3.8 or 3.9

you’re right, we kinda are in the same boat haha
I dont know alot about BU or Penn State, I usually stay center on the UC’s.
But yeah, just like you said, nail those SATs and essays and you have a good shot at UCB or UCLA.
And for sure apply to Stanford, theres no reason not to haha
Like the screen name, by the way.

It’s a reasonable list other than Stanford, which probably isn’t worth the effort their app takes given competition for the seats among Bay Area kids.

Haha, I love the YOLO you stuck next to stanford!

haha im in the same situation as you man, low gpa with high college expectations! I think we can prove em wrong and get into these schools, don’t you? I’m interested in a lot of the same ones as you.

He, I’m not too fond of my GPA either :[ But hopefully colleges will look past that. But you have nice scores and ECs, and your two companies will hopefully give you good essay topics. Chance me too?

Hahaha Stanford (YOLO). Nice man. Well, I seem to believe that Stanford is looking at something a bit more creative in terms of EC’s. I’m a junior myself, and I’m in the process of strengthening my SAT scores and my EC’s. I think you should allocate most of your time in activities that seem to stand out and show what you’re interested in the most. Ex: I want to become a general physician or surgeon, so I successfully acquired an internship. I spend most of my hours at the hospital shadowing a doctor, and I’ll eventually be able to do very basic things such as drawing blood as x amount of hours. All I can advise you to do is to find an activity you love doing and are really interested in, and hopefully you’ll have a shot at Stanford.

hahah thanks guys maverick, i sure as hell hope so man. good luck to you
bump

what about the other schools on my list?
