THANK YOU !!

You’ve got great stats but I recommend assuming a leadership position before 12th grade.

Just a note: You have to send your SAT score to Georgetown. They don’t follow the Score Choice Policy that many schools do, so you have to send all sittings of the SAT, ACT, and SAT IIs. And just remember that Georgetown requires 3 SAT IIs!

But anyway… you seem like a competitive applicant. Keep working hard to keep those grades up, your ECs are pretty unique but I agree with hopefullyhoya’s advice to try and get some leadership in there. I also would recommend taking the SAT again, your score is good but they look at primarily the CR+M portion, and you could improve there a little. Your ACT score is awesome though, don’t waste your time taking that again! In your essays, make sure you relate how your ECs have prepared you for what you want to major in at Georgetown, and you stand a fine chance.

Should I really take the SAT again, I’m pretty sure they consider whichever score (act or sat) is higher even when you send both in

Well it’s completely up to you either way. I’m not 100% sure what their policy is regarding which scores they consider out of the ones you send; it could be all your scores, it could just be your highest scores, I don’t know. That’s just my two cents on what could be improved. Another try couldn’t hurt, right?
