Bump! :)

All of those are low reaches and reaches because of your low GPA. You’re gonna need many more ECs or an exceptional SAT score to make up for it. Definitely apply to some safeties and less selective schools along with those

I will be applying to some safeties too, just thinking about Georgetown EA and one of those schools ED… Do you think I have a chance at Georgetown EA and what school would I have the most chance at ED?

Bump Bump Bump

These schools are all 20% and below which does not bode particularly well for your odds. Sure ED will help your chances but not tremendously. your SAT is on the lower end of the average for all of the schools and GPA doesn’t cut it. Definitely apply ED to whichever you are most serious about. The languages are a hook but your EC’s are extremely average. The competition these days is ridiculous so I would say these would all be reaches unless your SAT’s could go up by about 100 points to make you competitive with your current GPA.

Thanks for your insight, but I have no time left to take the SAT and that was my third time as well.

It’s not like you couldn’t get rejected from all of them, but it is possible that you could get into some. Make sure you apply to matches and safeties as well.

Ones that I don’t see you getting into:
Northwestern, Cornell, John Hopkins, Duke, Berkeley

Are my chances better at vanderbilt? I was deciding between doing ed at jhu, vandy, and cornell

Bump10char

Bump10char

I understand the SAt dilemma. 2100 is still somewhat competitive at most of those schools, just make the school need you when you interview and through your essays. Sell yourself as a person the school would need to make it a better place.

ED at Vanderbilt would still be a low reach/ reach. Vanderbilt is only getting more competitive, and your stats are slightly below their averages. What is you unweighted GPA? A 3.83 weighted probably is like a 3.4-3.6 unweighted. If that is the case, Vanderbilt is a reach, as would the others be.
