I have a tentative list of schools I am applying to, what are my chances and where else would you recommend?

My stuff:

I am a Senior in a very rigorous HS

Academic
GPA (W): 3.6
GPA (UW): 3.32

ACT: 29 (I'm retaking it, I should get 30-32). (Math: 27, Reading 30, Writing 25 (should improve to about 30), Science: 34)
SAT: 2020/1320 (Math: 680, Reading: 640, Writing: 700, essay: 10)

AP Tests: Gov, Human Geography, US History. I got 4's on all of them.
I am an AP Scholar according to the college board (but not according to my school, strangely enough).

note: my only drawback is that I only went through Spanish 2. My intended major is Finance with a focus in investments/securities.

Extracurricular
- On Model UN team since start of Jr. year, have won prizes in 1/2 of my conferences
- Financial: I invest for my family and planned my Dad's retirement
- Have worked on a water quality monitoring team since Soph. year
- A little community service (~10hrs. doing random things)

Where I'm Applying
Colorado U (I live in Colorado)
Oregon U
SUNY Binghamton
U Rhode Island
U Washington
Cornell (both parents went there)
