Do you think I have a good chance to get into the computer science program at the following schools:

-University of Texas at Austin
-Penn State - University Park
-University of Washington - Seattle
-SUNY - Stony Brook
-SUNY - University at Buffalo
-SUNY - Binghamton
-SUNY Institute of Technology
-Rochester Institute of Technology
-Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

-University of Texas at Austin - your scores are on the lower end of the middle 50% + OOS, I'd have to say low reach
-Penn State - University Park - high match
-University of Washington - Seattle - match
-SUNY - Stony Brook - match/high match
-SUNY - University at Buffalo - match
-SUNY - Binghamton - match/high match
-SUNY Institute of Technology - low reach/high match, only b/c you're OOS and only 3% of 39% are OOS
-Rochester Institute of Technology - match
-Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - high match

This is the kind of title that you use when you just want your ego stroked. I can guarantee you're not the "worst student here." Consider stroked.

That's the spirit! :-) I'll admit that I know next to nothing about your schools, but here's my best crack at it:

-University of Texas at Austin: a reach if you're out of state; a high match if you're in.
-Penn State - University Park: high match
-University of Washington - Seattle: no idea, honestly.
SUNY schools: I think most of them are safeties for you.
-Rochester Institute of Technology: I'd say your chances are helped out by taking the classes, but aside from that, I really don't know.
-Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute: Low match/safety? Again, I'm not a math/science person.

The above predictions are wild guesses, but I did my best with the knowledge of each school that I had. Best of luck, excellent student!
