chance this hopeful and suggest some SAT IIs

Basically, I've resigned myself to the fact that junior year has not gone as well as I had hoped it would. However, I really would like to know what my chances are at somewhere like Northwestern (a big reach for me). My parents are hinting at touring Penn (I live in central PA) but, I think they are pretty disillusioned and have no idea what I'd be up against.

SATs: 2110
This is with absolutely no studying on my first try. I take them again on Saturday and have been studying for math because I would love to break 700.
M:640 CR: 780 W: 710

GPA: Last year: 4.0, It's probably about 3.9 after Pre-Calc this year.
I've been in the top 5% these past years, but may be in the top 10% now.

EC: Student Council (Class President, will be Student Council President), NHS, NAHS, Project Harmony, SADD, Model UN, School Newspaper (Features Editor this year, I will most likely be Editor-In-Chief next year), JV tennis, tech director for drama club (I've done lighting and sound for every play and musical since my freshman year)

Volunteering: Habitat for Humanity, local retirement home (100+ hours, weekly for several years), youth tennis camps, youth coordinator for the Obama campaign during the PA primary, youngest team captain on primary day

Other: I've written four novels and a slew of short stories. Any writing competitions I could enter that might help my application? I love writing though and am actually excited to write admissions essays.

Also, I'm attending the PA Governor's School of the Arts for Creative Writing (Fiction). This is fairly prestigious. They only take 10 students from the state for my particular program.

So, what do you think? Should I even daydream about ivy leagues or U of Chicago, Northwestern, etc.? I was thinking maybe American or Bucknell might be more within my reach.

We're almost SAT twins! 2110 (740 CR/640 M/730 W)

Yeah I'm going to retake for the math as well, let's cross our fingers for each other.

I think you'd have a good chance at Penn ED. Very high chances at Northwestern.

You are a stronger applicant than you seem to think.

Math is the easiest to improve on, I went from a 630 to a 740 using the grubers book.

Thanks so much for the input. Penn has always been a distant thought for me and I wasn't sure if I wanted to waste an application on it, thinking I didn't have a shot. But, I think I will take that tour.

Another question, any idea which EC or volunteer experience I would stress in an essay?
I've had great experiences these past months on the Obama campaign, or should I focus on a school activity where I am a leader like student council?

What do you mean by "novels"? Like, they've actually been published and everything? That would probably be a killer EC.

No publication. (God, I wish!) But, they are full length, literary fiction. I'm looking to spend this summer editing and begin looking for a literary agent in the fall so, it would be too late for college apps. Is it even worth mentioning if they aren't published? The first full-length was written when I was 13 and I participate in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) every year since.

Definitely the Obama campaign work. Penn gets a lot of applications from student council presidents (not to say that isn't a great achievement), but I'd bet they don't get many from political organizers.
