I'm a female in 8th grade applying to these schools for 9th grade

Andover
Exeter
Choate
Groton
Brooks
St. Paul's

I have lived in America until the middle of kindergarten, lived in japan until the middle of 2nd grade, lived in Singapore until the end of 6th grade, and then moved back to my hometown. I have twin, we've already told all of the interviewers that we are okay splitting up, if it comes down to it. I took the SSAT in Dec. and got 92%, my twin got 93%, I'm not estatic, but it's above most of the school's averages, and just 1% lower than Andover's. I've gotten all A's and my teachers like me a lot. This is my second year doing crew, my fifth year doing softball, and I played basketball for 4 years, I stopped, but I'll do it again in high school. I did a fall softball league, and am doing a winter one as well. For crew, I did a fall leaugue, and am doing a winter training that is 8 hours a week. I was in girl scouts from 2nd to 6th grade, and got the bronze award. I've been doing community service since, like, second grade, and am now part of the National Charity League, where I am vice president, I mostly volunteer at the red cross food bank. I'm in a Latin play, where I'm a flying monkey.... but I mean I still tried out for it. I have a piece of artwork that my teacher is going to send into the Boston globe. I have also been quilting for 4 years, and hand quilted my last one, schools seem to like that a lot for some reason. I also go to this camp where we hike, canoe, kayak, and camp for the summer.

I feel I did really well in the interviews so far, St. Paul's strongly recommended me to apply, Brooks liked us a lot, my dad went there, Andover said that if our academics were good, they'd see no reason why we wouldn't do well. And in Choate I meet with the crew coach and talked for a bit. All of the schools called me mature, which is good, I guess.

So that's about it, thanks for chancing me!
