Wharton-Reach
Uchiacago-Reach
Duke-Match
Stern-Match

You could get into Wharton or U Chicago, but generally people that I have heard that have gotten in have had higher Gpas. All that you have listed are definitely feasible though.

Good Luck

My GPA might appear lower than some other students because my school doesn’t weight Honors classes but I don’t know how much that affects my chances. Thank You for the response!

Wharton ED - Reach
Chicago EA (No ED) - Reach
Duke RD - Reach

NYU - Great Chance

“Asian Male” is your biggest “problem”

Anyone who says Chicago is a “reach” but Duke is a “match” just doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Looking at you, @SternBusiness

@StanManYeah Yes both schools are extremely competitive to get into, but in my opinion, the student has a better shot at duke than at Uchicago. This whole site is full of opinions. IF you don’t agree with something that’s fine. Tons of people don’t know what their saying.

@SternBusiness But you in particular don’t know what you’re talking about. There are facts and there are opinions. This is a matter of fact and any school with a <11% acceptance rate isn’t a match for anyone that isn’t Sasha or Malia Obama.

@Jwest22 and @SternBusiness No need to argue over something as trivial as this, If you guys just don’t agree with something, just say it in a respectful manner, no need to challenge someone’s knowledge.

@ImperialDeat I just stated my opinion. I’m not arguing haha

Bump

No chance you are getting into U Penn @Yappoy

Your scores and rank looks fine. However as others point out you have an uphill battle as an Asian male.

I don’t see any ECs that make you a good fit for Wharton. So why Wharton?

If you can swim at the state level - are you fast enough to make the Penn team?

@sgopal2 / @legaleagle1, the OP got into Penn/Huntsman ED back in December…

@collegemom3717 Trust me, if I know one thing about @Yappoy it’s that he likes to lie about what colleges he got into…

@Jwest22 Not every AA applies for Affirmative Action, and quite frankly not all of them are from low SES(Sasha, Malia).

Hi, I don’t know any of you except @legaleagle1 and this is a REALLY old thread. However, I did get into Penn Huntsman ED. I don’t know how @collegemom3717 knows that… Just wanted to say something in order to bring some validity into this conversation.

@Yappoy, you mentioned your ED acceptance on another thread.

@JasmineArmani I’m sorry, whats your point? What does this have to do with AA? Malia and Sasha probably has a leg up more so because their dad is POTUS (just like Chelsea Clinton did for Stanford) than because they’re AA. Not saying they don’t have the stats to get in but being the POTUS daughter is an extreme advantage.
