Your UW GPA is really good: most of the people at Penn probably had that GPA
SAT: 2300 is solid. I honestly would not take it again.
ACT: It’s too late to study for it now.
Rigor: I’m assuming 7 AP + 6 AP is very demanding at you school

If there is a blemish on your record, this is it. I don’t that many ECs. Aside from the awards and recognitions, everything else looks pretty basic. Your leadership in those roles are great though.
