URI
UNH
UConn
NYU
BU
Rutgers
Cornell
Brown
UPenn
Yale

You have a good shot at all of them, but you could get into UMass Amherst easy pay in state tuition and its ranked 14th in world for linguistics it is a pretty sweet deal

Not super familiar with a lot of those schools but I’d think UConn, Rutgers, UNH, and URI would be pretty sure things. BU, NYU, and Amherst would be pretty good matches, with NYU maybe being a high match/low reach. The ivies would all be reaches, but they are for everyone; you’re certainly qualified

You don’t seem like a standout based on your activities. Get your SAT up to 2300 +, and I think your chances will be greatly improved.

URI - Safety
UNH - Safety
UConn - Safety
NYU - Match
BU - Match
Rutgers - Safety
Cornell - Reach (Most likely of the Ivies)
Brown - Reach
UPenn - Reach
Yale - High Reach

Applying ED could help your chances. Or if you are a recruited athlete at the Ivies.

UConn, Rutgers, UMass, and NYU definitely low matches, ivies will be reaches, I’m sorry but I don’t know the others. Talk to coaches if you are serious about being recruited and it’ll make you definitely stand out.

All except the Ivies are matches/safeties. The Ivies are all reaches, but you’d have a much better chance of acceptance there if you could get recruited. If not, then try to get your GPA up. Good luck!

SAT is great (slightly low for UPenn and Yale) with awesome GPA with exceedingly rigorous courses, nice amount of APs and great college courses too. You EC are average for applicants to the more elite college choices of yours…I didnt see any volunteering? aLso, choose one extra curicular that u demonstrate leadership and can show the admissions committees you are a leader

UConn match
NYU match
BU match
Rutgers match
Cornell match (if apply ED)
Brown low reach/match
UPenn low reach (apply ED if possible)
Yale reach

I think you are in good shape. I would say that BU, UNH, NYU, uconn, and rutgers are matches. The rest are reaches (they are for everyone). Good Luck!!!

You’re definitely matched/safe for the first half of the list. The ivies seem like a low reach (except Yale which is reach/high reach). There’s not much more to do to your application, with some chance you’ll get in.
