You'll get in, without a doubt. Good luck!

I try to refrain from telling people they'll get in without a doubt, because you can never be sure, and it's best not to expect it. Last year, I posted a chance thread asking about what I thought was my "dream school" at the time, and most people insisted there was no way I wouldn't get in. This gave me false hope that led to heartbreak when I was rejected.

Anyway, UR has gotten a lot more competitive over the last couple years. I can think of a few people on CC last year who had SAT scores higher than my own 1380/2100 who did not get in. Regardless, I would say you have an extremely good chance, but keep in mind that anything can happen.

Thanks, I appreciate it.

On top of your academic credentials, your solid background in Girl Scouts through which you have added a good amount of leadership will most certainly land you a spot in the incoming class. I honestly have no doubts, but as kelliebm stated, college admissions are sometimes subject to random phenomena, so there are no guarantees.

With that being said, you are in! Good Luck!

you will get in!
