Chancellor's Scholar

I got a letter in the mail today saying that I am "provisionally selected as a Chancellor's Scholar."

How exactly does this differ from Regents?

And how do I get it (since I'm only "provisional?"

And isn't this somewhat late to be notified? I'm so confused.

I honestly would not be able to tell you unfortunantly. However I would like to say, congradulations!

Thank you. =)

Does anyone know, though?

bumppppppp

Google is your friend:
[UCSB Regents and Chancellor’s Scholars Society](http://apps.sa.ucsb.edu/rcsa/)

I know I went to there before, but I guess my main question is why was I notified now? Most people who are chancellor’s scholars were notified ahead of time and went to a reception where they were told that they got into UCSB before decisions were out.

Maybe that was just Regents? Donno, hun.
