Chances after freshman screwup and sophmore turnaround

When I started highschool my freshman year I seriously screwed up and my grades were all over the places from A's to yes... and F. Sophmore year I turned everything around and got 5 As and 1 B and 2nd semester 3 Bs and 4 As. Now I know that my chances for getting into places like MIT and Harvard are completely shot and I've come to accept that. But with all the AP classes I plan to take next year and than college classes in senior year. If I were to get As in all of those classes would it be at all possible for me to get into my highest reaching choice, Cornell? Or could I even get into a place like Brandeis or University of Washington(This is one of my top choices). With my record and a plant to take around 6 AP classes next year and a few in my senior year where I will also take some college courses, am I destined for a more middle ranged college like OSU? Thanks I hope if the news isn't positive, that it at least isn't dismal.
