What are my chances of getting appointment? Is it 1300-1700 get appointments out of the 3000 who have nominations?

Sorry, someone else asked this. I just want to clarify because I’m really excited that I have my nomination.

Yes, something like that.

I don't know the current stats, but that sounds about right.
If you are fully qualified and nominated you have pretty decent odds.

Thank you very much :)

I can understand the large cut between Applicant and Candidate... people starting the app then deciding to not finish it (for example, I opened a WP app then decided the Army wasn't right for me), getting early DQ's (really low GPA's, etc). So then my next question is, what's the jump from pool to Qualified, and then qualified to offered? Are these people that they want to appoint but depend on DoDMERB or nominations? Any insight would be great.

Usually DoDMERB and nominations like you said.
