Chances and Where to apply?

What schools have upcoming RD deadlines?

Would like to explore my options, and money is an important factor

Accepted at: Tulane, LSU, A&M, Baylor

What schools can I apply to next?
Really disappointed that I didn’t apply to any UC’s, but how about Rice? ND? Duke?

I have no ideas for schools to apply to but I am interested in any schools in the states bordering Louisiana as well as in California or the Northeast, thanks!

Louisiana High School Senior (mid-year graduate)

GPA: 4.4 W
3.92 UW
ACT-34-36/31/35/35 (33 writing on most recent test)

Rank:Top 5% (4/453)

APs: 3-4 on each: Lang, APUSH, USGOV, CAL AB,

Dual Enrollment:(A) World Hist,(A) Precalculus,(B) Advanced Math/Trig

All classes Honors/AP (around 20) (would take more but the remaining APs are in the spring and I will have already graduated

EC: decent honestly (mostly volunteering/recycling/tutoring), just enough participation in any generic Asian’s clubs and whatnot, nothing that makes me stand out in these
No sports (health prob but nothing serious/noteworthy)

Thanks, just interested in exploring my options before RD deadlines

anyone?

Maybe schools like Ann Arbor, Tufts, UNC, or Wisconsin madison? They’re decent schools, not at the top, but offer good financial aid. You have a good GPA+ ACT score but unless you have really good essays or something good in your ECs to make you stand out it’d be hard to get financial aid from top schools like ND, Duke and Rice.

@POSH16

Thanks for the honesty! I’ll look into the other schools you suggested and work a bit more on polishing my essays

University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Michigan Ann Arbor, Wisconsin Madison, UNC. Are you interested in liberal arts colleges? I know Reed College is great for that, also Puget Sound (ultra-safety but really nice), Swarthmore, Williams, and Bowdoin. Really good stats by the way so for most (if not all), you should be set!
