I intend on majoring in international studies. How is the international studies program at Boston College? Thanks for any feedback.

You have a pretty good all around set of highlights. Thats a tough call, you completely have a shot, but do not count it as a safety. I am a junior at BC, and when I was applying, and even the years before and after me, it was kind of random how the picked kids from my HS. Kids ranked higher than me didnt get in, when I got in early action.

Try to find something that will really set you apart, like your band. Highlight it in some way, and make sure you write a great essay. I honestly think my essay is what set me apart when applying. The applicant pool is getting bigger and bigger each year, so its the ability to stand out that will get you in.

You have a shot for sure! Good Luck.
