Chances at Boston University, Northeastern University, University of Chicago?

What are my chances at BU, NU, University of Chicago, American University or Boston College?

I am a highschool junior.
I have around a 90 GPA unweighted and about a 95 weighted. (not sure what that is exactly on a 4.0 scale)
I am ranked 28 out of 185 (15%) hoping to improve that by senior year.
I haven't taken the SAT's yet but I got the equivalent of a 1680 on the PSAT's at the beginning of my sophomore year, which I know isn't that great, but I am sure I'll do a lot better.
E.C's-
play softball 2 years+ (plan to continue), 2 year member of colorguard in marching band (continuing that next year too), 1 year writing for the school paper, 1 year member of Amnesty International, Science League, Interact, Battle of the Books

Jobs/ Volunteer-
worked as a cashier for about 8 months
some volunteer work at various places various amounts of times

So please be honest with what you think and any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Its hard to tell without scores. BU and Northeastern seem as though they would be more match/safeties while U Chicago being a higher reach.
Good luck w/ those tests!
