Hi!

I am really wondering if I would be make my way into my dream school, Carnegie Mellon

High School: Robert College of Istanbul (it is in fact a high school, but traditionally called a college. extremely well acclaimed in Turkey)

Grades: Freshman year (9th grade) 88%. (Sucked)
Sophomore 90% (Getting better)
Junior ~89% (we will see how it works out this year. yes, i am a junior)

APs: Got 5 from AP Chem. last year.
Taking Calculus (AB), Physics (Probably C) and Computer (Probably A) this year (probably fail in Physics C)

SATs: 780 From Chem, 800 From Math 2C
TOEFL: 287 out of 300 on the computerized test

ECs:
Layout editor of a tech magazine published in my school
Webmaster of the Model United Nations Club Web Site
Webmaster of the Braille Club Web Site
Published articles in the aforementioned tech magazine
Vice President of the Model United Nations Club (attended 6 conferences abroad, 3 in Berlin and 3 in the Hague. Was an ambassador twice and chaired once in St.Petersburg)
Trying to build up a computer controlled step motor this year for my term project.
Played some minor roles way early when I was a prep student.
Attended a pre college course in UCLA this summer. Took Physics and Bioterrorism courses (got A+ from both)

I am really wondering if the guys at CMU would let me in. That is really my dream school. Would it help if I attend a summer school out there or would it lower my chances of admission if I do bad there (which is not that probable, IMHO)

If not CMU, do you guys have any other suggestions for me?
