Chances at colleges on my list

There is no GPA system where I live, but I'm forever top of my class, so that's hardly an issue. My ecs are violin, with exam certificates, French for seven years, with a certificate almost equivalent to a degree( just got), top 1 percentile in all India exam, and writing award given by an esteemed author in an all state competition.
There is no system of school clubs in india, but outside of school me and my friends pursued speed cubing for years, making booklets, teaching people, etc. American citizen BTW, just living in India. I think I've posted these things in another thread already.
My list so far is, and I'm only in eleventh:

Reach-
Stanford
MIT
UC Berkeley
Ivies except for brown( they all have amazing comp sci programs)
Carnegie
Caltech

I think they're safeties-
Virginia Tech
Georgia-Tech
UCLA
Northwestern- not done any research on
Urbana Champaign-Not safety but I believe that I have a high chance of getting in.

Could people please add to my safeties for comp sci?

With such vague details, I doubt anyone can accurately assess your chances. One comment, speed cubing as your lone extracurricular may make you unusual, but is unlikely to make you a compelling candidate unless you are good at touting yourself! Maybe MIT, Caltech, or CMU SCS can be persuaded :)

UCLA and Northwestern are not safeties, they are matches at best. Even Georgia Tech can’t really be considered a safety for the engineering school. V Tech is the only real safety on your list.
