Chances at Cornell with bad SAT subject tests?

I’m a current senior at a public school in PA, and am wondering what my chances are at getting into Cornell’s engineering school with poor SAT subject test scores in chemistry and math ii. My stats are listed below.

Math II: 740
Chem: 640
SAT: 1560 (800 math, 760 eng/lang)
GPA: 4.6 (weighted)
Rank: Top 5%
APs: Calc AB(5), Calc BC(In progress), Physics C: Mechanics(In progress), Comp Sci A(In progress), Lang(5), and Lit(In progress)
Extracurriculars: FBLA state-qualifier 3x (treasurer), marching band section leader, Cavalcade of Bands Tournament of Roses Honor Band (marching in the Rose Parade in 2019 on New Year’s Day), varsity tennis, orchestra, brass ensemble, symphonic band, NHS
Distinctions: National Merit Commended, National German Exam Bronze Award Winner

It’s very hard to get into Cornell for engineering. Take the Chemistry Subject Test again in November, or try the physics or biology tests. Your math score is fine.
