I am a senior, female looking to apply to Cornell Engineering.
I have a 1520 SAT1, and a 35 ACT, 4.2 GPA. AP Calc AB: 4. Stellar extra curricular, first generation.
The trouble comes to my subject test which are required for cornell engineering. I have a 590 in physics. I have only taken one year and it was with a teacher who was not the best. I have a 710 in math that I plan to retake as I know I can do better.
Will my physics subject test really hurt my chances of getting in? By how much? I cannot get that score up it will be my third time trying and I’ve tried everything from tutors to hundreds of practice tests. Please helpful answers only.
