Chances at DC Schools + Others

Hi!
I am applying to the following schools:
George Washington
American
Fordham
Mary Washington
and Penn State

I am a senior in a small Pennsylvania public school seeking admission next fall. I have a 4.0 GPA, I'm ranked 9/160, and I have a 1260 SAT (660 Verbal, 600 Math) (I'll be retaking them in November).

I have a lot of extracurriculars...pretty much general things plus I am treasurer of the SADD organization, I am captain of the cheerleading squad + scholar athlete, and manager of the wrestling team. (varsity letter holder). Like I said, there are lots more.

For service, I've been a youth cheerleading coach, volunteered with the youth wrestling program, I'm a peer tutor, and I'll be participating in the first year of big brothers & big sisters.

What are my chances at these schools + does anyone have any ideas for safeties??

I would like to major in International Relations, Political Science/Pre-law.

You should get your SAT up and apply Georgetown if you can - otherwise, other schools seem to be matches and safeties.
