Held down jobs for most of high school career

i think your community involvement and choice of a rigorous schedule make you a strong candidate...the fact that you've held jobs while participating in all your activities is also a plus.
A 2100 is a good score--great, actually--but if you could break 2100, then then your chances might be even better (i'm probably telling you what you already know--that's why you're retaking the exam).
are your APs also strong scores? what other community involvement do you do (i'm only asking because i don't know how much time your current ECs require)?

Oh, also, I want to apply for FLL. I want to study International Relations/Business and Foreign Languages. I am semi-fluent in Spanish and Hebrew and want to learn Chinese as well. I am very focused on this goal (as a junior I've already done a semester abroad), and am not sure if this helps me to get in at all.

My school sched is weird and have only taken two APs before, Psych and APUSH. I got a 4 on Psych but due to HORRIBLE teachers/being abroad I got a 1 on my APUSH and am praying that it doesnt effect me. My ECs basically take up all my time, they are several hours a week and it was difficult to develop any other ECs because I was abroad.

that's what i expected to hear about the ECs. on your activity list you'll get to elaborate on how many hours per week you spend on those...but you probably knew that, too.
having taken two aps before isn't bad--i'm sure it's more than a lot of people. but it would have been better had you gotten the four on APUSH and the one on psych...i think a lot of colleges think psych is a bit "fluffier" than US history...but you can use an additional essay to explain your special circumstances with the APUSH test, if you feel it's necessary.
i'd say you're a strong candidate and you have a lot of things going for you...you're from arizona, you're active in your community, etc...
also, you're jewish, so maybe that'll make you stand out at a jesuit school...(not that everyone there is catholic, or anything).

Georgetown actually has a pretty large Jewish population. And at any high level school, there never seems to be a shortage of Jews haha. I'm just hoping my passion for languages and international relations will show through.

i think the languages is key. did you take a SAT II in a language? are you going to take both spanish APs? i think georgetown likes to take applicants with language SAT IIs (for SFS, at least, though there are certainly exceptions).

I'm most likely going to take the Spanish SAT II... my issue is, being in Israel, I lost a lot of my Spanish due to the obvious overload of Hebrew there and poor Spanish teacher. I don't think my Hebrew is quite strong enough to take that SAT II, and regardless, it is only available in June. So I will most likely just have to study up and relearn my Spanish (shouldn't be too difficult) and hope for the best with that. And I am taking Spanish Language AP, my school does offer Lit.

that sounds great! i took the SAT II and AP Language test for Spanish this year, even tho my school doesn't offer an AP course, only a loosely-termed "honors." I didn't do so hot on the SAT II, but I found that the AP Spanish lang exam was easier to strategize for...I had to review four years of spanish in about three weeks...if I can do it, you can, too.
Best of luck!

Thanks so much! I'm hoping I can. I'm just so confused with college... its hard to be a much better student than I am but then you come here and its like IS MY 2300 GOOD ENOUGH? And its like ahhh ****.

yay salpert i've found my twin! i'm actually arab (lebanese, specifically) and muslim and i'm very involved in religious/cultural EC's. i think i'll end up applying to SFS although i'm pretty sure i also want to do pre-med (btw is that possible at all?).

im not so much into the languages department but much more international relations as well. i do speak, write, and read arabic and spanish and a little bit of french. im trying to learn hebrew too! (its a must in the middle east peace process, i suppose).

anyways im in the class of 2008...hope to see you at gtown!
ps--have you ever heard of the Shalom Salaam Social Movement? it's amazing. D.C. has a club chapter there so drop by one of the meetings if you happen to be in the area (im in texas and youre welcome to our meetings too).
