I am interested in political science and history.

So how do my chances look for Kenyon? How are the political science and history departments at Kenyon?

Thanks alot to all who reply

Well first off your Ec's look great... But I have no idea as far as admission... but I am taking the intro class to PoliScience this year... Quest for Justice. and it is great... its a discussion based class... the teacher is amazing and we are answering questions that were never supposed to be answered lol...

Sounds good. Are alot of the classes discussion based

The bigger classes, like my Intro to Psych course, is not very class discussion based. But you're free to ask questions.

The smaller classes are extremely class-discussion heavy. I personally like them the most. Good luck with the admissions process. Just show them that you are serious about attending, and present yourself as someone that can contribute to the great community here, and you'll have a great shot of getting in.

Personally mike, I think your SAT grades need a boost if you want to get in. They do ask a lot of questions on their supplement, however, and if you are a good writer you could sway them with that.
