Chances at LSU?(please read)

Hey guys,
Okay to start things off my freshman-senior year I slacked off and did terrible. My GPA weighted is a 2.3(ugh I know); this is what I think basically kills my chances at LSU. Last year I took the ACT for the first time and scored a 19(without studying) ill take it 2 more times before turning in my application to hopefully become a tiger(now I've been studying drastically), I expect to get an 24 or possibly higher to hopefully overcome my nasty GPA. My activities are Theatre, football, basketball and band. I only have this first semester to raise my GPA before sending off my application, but it can only increase to probably a 2.5 or 2.6 at best. I'm way smarter then what my GPA shows and I know this, so it eats me up inside knowing what I could have had if I was to be serious entering high school(regret is a terrible feeling). What do you guys think about my chances? What can I do to raise my chances(anything)?

Also if I was to attend a university like University Of New Orleans(UNO), can I transfer after 1 semester if my grades qualify for LSU?

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you guys soon! ;)

LSU: Low Reach

You have a chance but you will have a higher chance if you transfer after a few years! Just take your education seriously this year and good luck! Chance me back please!

Thanks for replying, much appreciated! Any other opinions?
