Hey guys so I go to a private high school in Nebraska and I have a few questions. Ok in my freshman year I really just screwed up and mostly got C's and D's but in the 1st semester of my sophomore year I managed to catch up with my school work and pull B's and C's. I also got a 21 on my PLAN Test (Pre ACT's) saying I should score around a 22-26 on my ACT if that helps. I plan on taking the ACT next year. If I can keep my grades around A's and B's the rest of my high school career do I still have chances getting into LSU? LSU is my dream school and I've wanted to go there since I was really young. If it helps I know I can probably get a letter of recommendation from my student advisor. I know I really messed up my freshman year and I'm really paying for it now but I just need to know if it'd still affect whether I can get into LSU or not.

I think you’ll definitely be able to get in, but I’m not so sure about scholarships.

I also forgot to mention that I am apart of the yearbook committee and did track for a year. I wasn’t able to do track anymore because I have arthritis and with the medicine im taking makes me dehydrated faster (it is what it is). I have to do mandatory community service hours for school to will they look into that?

Any opinions would be great! Don’t be shy to tell me your honest opinions I won’t get offended lol. I just want any feedback that could help make me a better student and an applicant they would like to pick!
