Chances at New College/UNC-A/Eckerd/...

I'm a senior and I'm applying to New College of Florida, University of North Carolina at Asheville, Eckerd College, Clark University, McDaniel College, Flagler College, and Florida Atlantic University (safety).
My stats:
3.1 GPA unweighted and rising (4.3 weighted), I'm early admitted at my local community college so I take all of my classes there for college credit as well as HS credit.

AP Scholar w/ Distinction
9th: human geo (3)
10th: world history (3)
11th: psychology (4) lang/comp (4) environmental science (5) drawing (5) and art history(5)

2070 SAT/29 ACT

community service involvement for three summers in a beach safety/lifeguarding program, exec. chair of commnity service in UNYA 11th grade, founded culinary club, water polo captain/ MVP 2 years (although I'm not interested in athletics in college), involved with Food Not Bombs and I work with local small businesses as well as some residents to adopt recycling policies in which I take care of any effort they don't want to make, i.e. moving bins back/forth, cleaning plastics, taking caps off etc.
I also just joined the Sustainability Committee at the community college so we're doing a lot of projects there, I'm also on the grant proposal writing committee for them

I'm planning on studying/majoring in fine arts. I have been shown in multiple galleries and museums as well as won national-level art awards and I've been featured on some popular art websites.

I feel very driven in attending all of these schools. I know exactly what I'm doing and I feel like I know exactly how to be successful in life, but I'm afraid some mediocre grades from freshman/sophomore year will hold me back in attending a good school. I need a liberal arts education to complement my art studies, I feel like a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding is essential which is why these schools are so ideal for me. Currently the preference is NCF.

What do you think?

(thanks so much for anyone's help!)

bump…!
