Chances at Northwestern and UOI Champaign Urbana

Hey,

I am going to be a senior next year and I was wondering what my chances are at getting into Northwestern and UOI Champaign Urbana. I want to become a doctor **and thus attend **med school after undergrad. If there are also other respectable schools in the Midwest where I have a chance of getting into, feel free to reply with those schools.

Anyways here are some of my scores and accomplishments:

-UW GPA: 3.5 GPA (Honor and AP classes).
-6.48 Weighted GPA (not sure what it's out of).
-35/28/31/30 on First ACT which is a 31. 31/30/32/33 on second ACT which is a 32. Waiting for third ACT but the first two super score to 33.
-4 on AP Comp Sci and 5 on the AP Psych test. Waiting for the AP Chem and AP US tests (probably 5 and 4 respectively).
-670 on Sat 2 US Test and 690 on Sat 2 Chem.
-Not many clubs. 1 cultural club, Chemistry Club (we host many events throughout the year including going to an elementary school to teach basics of chem), Leadership position in Tech Leaders (community service type of club where I help other students with problems on their district given netbooks), Spanish Honor Society and possibly NHS (will apply beginning of next school year).
-100 hours of community service at a hospital.

What do you think?

EDIT: Next year I'm taking AP Euro, AP BC Calc, and AP Physics along with Honors English and Honors Anatomy.

Your uw GPA is very low for Northwestern and slightly below average for UIUC.
Your ACT is below average for Northwestern and above average for UIUC.
Note that Northwestern do not superscore ACT so you are still 32 for them.
You have 4 AP taken and 3 more next year making it a moderate course load.
Your SAT2 scores are only around 50-60%.
In summary, Northwestern would be a reach for you and UIUC should be a match (as long as you are not going for engineering).
