What are my chances and what needs the most improving?

Hey I think you've got a great shot. But I'm not a college admissions officer so I really don't know all that much. But I have a friend who got into NW. He's the laziest bum I know. The kid prolly did like only one extracurricular activity throughout his entire high school career. Let's not even talk about leadership. I'm sure his test scores were at least decent. He's actually really really smart and rather intellectual, just really lazy. I know I prolly wouldn't have gotten thru AP Physics without him. What got him into NW was most likely his essays. His essays must've been amazing, like rock your socks off amazing. People write good essays and they may be memorable, but they're not all necessarily rock your socks off amazing. And NW really gives you a lot a room to express yourself in its like 4 short answers and 1 long essay and 1 abstract and the likes. However, I have heard that NW is taking the common app this year, which might give less room to express yourself via essays. However, the common app would be so much easier. Besides, you can always recycle your essays for Brown.
