thanks!

A lot of those schools are very focused primarily on numerical stats (GPA, test scores, etc.) especially NYU, and to an even greater extent, Swarthmore.

NYU- reach
George Washington- mid/high match
Boston University- low reach/ pretty high match
Swarthmore- very high reach
Penn- very high reach

what school within NYU are you applying to?

Definitely in NYU, George Washington and BU

And a reach for both Swarthmore and UPenn

Chance me here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1172686-chance-me-tufts-colgate-columbia-d.html

SATs too low for Swat and Penn unless you are definitely recruitable in which case they are still low. 2000 is magic number for athletes. I say you need 700+ in each section to be a strong candidate for unhooked admission.
