<p>Both Regular Decision.</p>

<p>Not applying for financial aid. I go to a private boarding school in Massachusetts. Around 94 kids in my grade.
School does not calculate GPA/rank but my self calculated GPA is a 3.8 unweighted (only B on transcript is B in AP Calc first quarter of senior year)
SAT I: 710 CR 620 Math 670 Writing, 690 CR 800 M 770 W 2260 overall (one sitting) 2280 Superscored
SAT II: 750 U.S History and 790 Math IIC
APs: will taken 6 by the end of senior year; AP US, AP Calc AB, AP Stats, AP English Lang, AP English Lit, and AP Psyc. 5's on US, Psyc, and AP English Lang (self-studied) so far.
Activities: Editor-in-Chief of the best high school newspaper in the nation (won award)
President of the main community service organization at my school
CEO of the ONLY student run cafe on campus
Form representative
Dorm Prefect
Fundraising Head of school magazine
Writing Tutor
J.V. Cross Country
Member of Choir
Awards: Induction into Cum Laude Society (top 5% in class)
Public Speaking Medal
Distinguished Scholar in Biology and Spanish
Award for Highest GPA in 10th grade</p>

<p>Essays should be great. Writing about how I failed the 8th grade and how I rebounded to become who I am today.</p>

<p>Recs: Counselor one pretty generic, one of them great, one of them ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.</p>

<p>Uh…I don’t know where joe is getting his information…but I’d say that both are reaches. You seem like a strong applicant…but nothing really stands out or makes you out of the ordinary for those schools.</p>
