Chances at Regular Decision with low GPA?

I really want to go to Tufts, since my parents work there so I would get free tuition. Sadly, my GPA is quite low, although it is from a top rated public school school in the country and increasing every year. I was wondering what my chances were of getting in from a scale of 1-10. Please be honest. If you don't think I have a good chance, just say so :)

My cumulatinve GPA is a 3.40. GPA from 9-12 grades are 2.8, 3.2, 3.9, 4.2

I only took each SAT once, My SAT Scores are:
780 Math, 650 Reading, 680 Writing
800 Math IIC
700 US History

Extra Curriculars include:
Various community service clubs
Senior Praefect
Piano&Guitar
Chess Club
School Newspaper
Rec league basketball
JV Track&Field
Peer Tutoring

Summer -
Summer internship at Tufts
Two undergrad classes at Tufts over the summer - Psychology(A-), and Web Design(A)

I got letters of recommendation from my Tufts Psychology professor, who still teaches there, and the person I worked for at the internship. I am an Asian American from Massachusetts and I'm not requesting financial aid. I think my essays and teacher recommendations were quite good, but so does everyone. The essays were based on my experiences at Tufts over the summer. I'm applying as an engineer major.

What do you guys think my chances are? Remember, be honest :) I especially want to hear from any Tufts students. Thanks in advance!
