Chances at Schreyer's?

<p>Do I have a decent chance of getting in at Schreyer's as an engineering major? Here are my stats.</p>

<p>Personal:
White Male</p>

<p>High School:
School-Public, PA
GPA-Weighted is 93/100, 3.75/4.00 (low freshman year, significant increase since then)
Class Rank-41/880ish
Courses-Rigorous, all honors/AP</p>

<p>SATs:
1st time-620 CR, 680 M, 680 W
2nd time-630 CR, 770 M, 640 W</p>

<p>SAT Subject Tests:
Math IIc-740
US History-800</p>

<p>APs:
Gov & Politics-4
US History-5
Plan to take senior year-Physics, Euro History, Calc BC</p>

<p>EC:
4 years of football for 360 hours/year. 1 year starter (team is going to playoffs so obviously difficult to start), small chance of being captain.</p>

<p>It would help if you had some more diverse ECs but it's worth a shot to apply. Spend time writing good essays - they really count. Schreyer is looking for well-rounded students who are able to balance academics and signficant outside activities. It's tough to get in there - but it's not Ivy- league tough. Be sure to apply before Nov 30 for the best chance!</p>
