Chances at Stanford, Ivies, Others

Hello, I'd really appreciate a few outside opinions. Thanks!

Stats:
White Female from Nebraska
4.38 GPA (weighted)
4.00 GPA (unweighted)
Top 3%
SAT I: 1600
SAT II Writing: 800
SAT II Literature: 800
SAT II Math IIC: 710
AP Language/Composition: 5
AP US History: 5
AP Psychology: 5

I go to a public school and I always take AP or honors classes if we offer them. I've taken 4 years English (currently AP Literature/Composition), 4 years math (currently Honors Calculus), 4 years of science (Physics, Chemistry, Anatomy/Physiology, Biology), 5 years of French (currently taking French 301 at local university), 4 years of social studies, various required courses, and Orchestra.

EC:
Science Olympiad - officer (12th), letter, medals
Volunteer at Audubon (since 1997) - recording secretary, lobbyist
Taekwondo (since 1992) - 3rd degree black belt
Piano (since 1997)
National Honor Society
Some math and science summer camps
Tons of reading - 5 books/wk during summer and 2/wk during school

I'd also appreciate any tips on which ec activites to play up on. I'm afraid my lack of leadership positions is going to pull me down. (That's what I get for believing that our student council is a worthless group that only exists to decorate for dances.)

Schools I'm apply to:
Stanford
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Northwestern
Middlebury
Claremont McKenna

Thanks!

I think you have a pretty great shot. What are you most passionate about?

Regarding the student council opinion: I concur. It's an excellent waste of time.

;)

Hey, it feels good to hear that (both about the chances and the student council ;)

As for passion... I'm not a very passionate person. The following words are never used to describe me: perky, peppy, bubbly. If you're asking about which interests I care most about, well, I really do love to read and I'm very interested in current events. I do some activist work through Audubon (mostly letters to representatives) and I'm definitely in favor of the environment, but I don't really have a "cause."

Actually, I do, but I highly doubt colleges want to hear about how I hate my lawn and am on a crusade to destroy it so I never have to mow it again.

If you had started an environmental club/organization at your school, that would have been killer.

Do have community service in the area?

If so, I would use that in the essay.. that would be pretty nice.

wow, you have very impressive statistics. I think that you will get in most of the schools you'll apply to. I say most because some of these schools have crazy admissions/
