Your rank is amazing, but you should probably have more extracurriculars. Did you do any summer programs/internships, or did you win any awards? And most importantly, do you have a personality? Would you consider yourself different from the rest of the Stanford applicants? My bff just got into Stanford last year... so I've heard a lot about Stanford's expectations..</p>
<p>What exactly is the point of posting that here and guilt-tripping said URMs who have nothing to do with putting those policies in place? And, just so you know, he has Ivy stats, URM or no.</p>
<p>If it bothers you that much, write to your senator. I doubt the OP has any more political strength than you do, so why complain to him when you have to option of complaining to someone with actual power?</p>
