Chances at these florida schools for my son?

SAT: 1610 he is retaking in October
Honors and Aice classes throughout highschool maintaining A’s and B’s
EC’s
-Played basketball until junior year
-Worked multiple jobs throughout junior and senior year
-200+ hrs community service
-Black/African American
-In state student
-National Achievement Society throughout highschool
-Has Worked as Media Director for our local church since freshman year

Should he do more EC’s his senior year or does it even matter at this point? Would really like to know any input you guys have that could possibly help us.

Florida resident or OOS?
Also I think as long as he brings up his SAT or takes the ACT he will have a solid chance. He’s also a minority so I think that will help.

What about Florida Gulf Coast or FAMU?

USF is a solid option

Thanks for your replies guys and he’s also looked at famu as well as fgcu but isn’t “feelin it” in his words not mine. And we are working on making sure his SAT grade improves by at least 200 points. What about the other schools I mentioned?
