Chances at these Schools

Hello everyone, this is my first post on CC. I am currently a junior in high school and wondering what my chances are at these schools rank wise (so in order from hardest to easiest) and whether the college is an extreme reach, reach, or safety school. Currently, I have a 4.03 Weighted GPA and a 3.65 UW due to the classes I take. However, those gpas are set to change due to this year since I had a 4.56 weighted gpa 1st quarter and will be around that gpa after the semester ends. My class rank is currently 20 out of 357 in my class (11th grade). I am a white male who was born in Romania and I know three languages fluently (English, Hungarian, and Romanian). I am a first generation college student (no one in my family has been to college). I had no support learning English other than myself and teachers when I was young due to the very limited english my family knew. Also, I work two jobs. I have over 100 hours of volunteer hours and that should be around 300 by next summer.
My classes for Junior Year with my grades are:
AP Language and Composition (A-)
AP Biology (A-)
AP Government and Politics (A-)
AP Statistics (A)
Honors Algebra 2 (A-)
Spanish 3 (A+) (I am taking this so I can do Dual Enrollment Spanish 4/5 which notoriously difficult)
1st quarter GPA: 4.5

Extracurriculars
Model UN
Environmental Club
Key Club
Academic Team

Sophmore Year:
AP US History
Honors Chemistry
Honors Geometry
Honors English
Honors Spanish 2
Weighted GPA of around 4
(This year was quite difficult due to adjusting to the rigor)

Freshman Year:
Honors World History
Honors Biology
Honors English
Spanish 1
Algebra 1
Principles of Biomedical Sciences
Weighted GPA: 4.1

Senior Year I plan on taking:
AP European History
AP Psychology
AP Calculus (after taking pre calculus over the summer)
AP Physics
AP English
AP Chemistry
Dual Enrolment Spanish 4/5
Art 1 for 1 semester to finish my art credit I need for graduation

The colleges I am looking to apply to:

  1. Ohio Stae University (Main Campus)
  2. Oberlin College
  3. Notre Dame (South Bend)
  4. Northwestern
  5. University of Chicago
  6. Georgetown
  7. Duke
  8. Cornell
  9. Dartmouth
  10. NYU
  11. UPenn
    12.Vanderbilt
  12. University of Michigan Ann Arbor
I would really appreciate if you guys could rank them in order from hardest to easiest and state if I have literally no chance, reach, or safet

Sorry for the typos, I was in a hurry.

Also, I hope that I can achieve a 34 on the ACT and a 2300 on the SAT. So just assume that’s what I will have when applying to these colleges.
