Chances at these SUNYs with low grades but okay SAT score?

I applied to Binghamton, Geneseo, and New Paltz.

My average is an 84 (weighted it's a 99 because my school's weighting is a little ridiculous).

SAT: 2210 (reading and math are 1460)
Reading: 800
Math: 660
Writing:750
SAT II:
US History: 750
Literature: 790

EC's:
Girl Scouts, Silver Award
President of my school's literary magazine since 11th grade, member/head layout designer since 10th
Environmental Club (since 10th)
Key Club (since 10th)
Trivia Club (since 11th)
Newspaper (joined in 11th, the club was unfortunately discontinued this year)

The reason all the school-related ones are only since tenth is because I started at the high school I'm graduating from in 10th grade.

I think my essay is okay, and my letters of recommendation are being written by teachers who know me very well so I think they'll be good.

Everyone keeps telling me to be more confident but I'm just trying to be realistic; I know that Binghamton and Geneseo are reaches for me. I'm really unsure about where I stand with New Paltz
