Chances at top Undergrad Business Schools

Semester grades just came out a few days ago, and decided to post to see if I might have a better chance at these schools.

Currently I am a junior going to a large public school in Ohio.

GPA: 3.68 (uw), 4.08(weighted)

my school's scale is A+ (100-99), A (98-93), B+ (92-91) B (90-85), C+ (85-84) etc.
*Since I have many B+'s, which would translate into A's at other schools that use the A= 98-90 scale, I was wondering if this would affect my chances. *

Rank: 63/745

PSAT-209
SAT-expecting around a 2200

ECs:
Latin Club JCL (10-12)
Marching Band (10)
JSA (11-12) 11- Fundraising Committee Head, 12- Hopefully Pres. or V.P.
Student Government (11-12)-Class Rep.
Mu Alpha Theta (Math Club) (11-12)
NHS (11-12)
Stock Club (11-12)- Founder and President
Volunteering (+100 hours)

Summer Activities:
NSLC- Engineering at UC Berkeley
Internship at Navigant Capital Advisors (Investment Bank in Philadelphia)
(Hopefully) Leadship in the Business World at UPenn Wharton this summer

Major: Business- Finance (or economics for schools that don't have finance)

Colleges:
NYU (Stern) top choice, applying ED
Georgetown
UMICH
UC Berkeley
U of Chicago
UPenn (Wharton)- one can dream right?

ideas anyone??? any feedback would be appreciated

You have a good shot at all of them if your SAT score turns out as expected. Wharton would probably be a reach though and Berkeley OOS is pretty brutal.

You should let the schools you are applying to know about your school's grading scale.

As far as your chances:

NYU (Stern) top choice, applying ED--Match
Georgetown--Slight Reach
UMICH (OOS)--Match
UC Berkeley (OOS)--Slight Reach to Reach
U of Chicago--Slight Reach
UPenn (Wharton)- Huge Reach, well maybe only Reach considering the internship (a very good one)

P.S. Where's your safety? There is a chance you could be rejected from all of these. I expect you to get into NYU, but let's not consider it 100% certain--get a safety, please. Also, be aware that admittance to Berkeley and Michigan does not guarantee you admittance to their business schools. Also, Chicago has no undergrad business school, so you will need to apply for Economics there.

Good luck.

I guess that I would consider indiana univ. or miami univ (oh) my safety, but it seems that just about everybody from my hs gets into those schools. Thanks for the advice and the quick response.

Yes, both of those would be safeties for you. I would say you could also consider places like Univ of Miami (Fla) or Penn State as safe matches.

I'm partial to Indiana Univ, but that's because my son goes there--so I know all the good things about that school.

Also UVa has a good Business School Right?

Yes they do sciencenerd.

NYU (Stern) top choice, applying ED - Match
Georgetown - Slight Reach
UMICH - Match (OOS), for pre-admit ROSS (slight reach / reach)
UC Berkeley - Slight Reach (OOS)
U of Chicago - Slight Reach
UPenn (Wharton)- one can dream right? - Reach

Don't forget, some schools don't guarentee admittance to bus school, you have to reapply... (namely, UVa, UCB, UMich, and possibly Georgetown (if my memory serves me right?) )
