<p>Hi, I'm going to be a college sophomore at the George Washington University. Initially I thought that I would like to major in International Affairs, which is why I chose a school in DC. However, I realized in the summer that I would like to go to a school that has a stronger science department. Here are my stats:</p>
<p>HS GPA: 3.68 W
SAT: 1990</p>
<p>College GPA: 3.58 </p>
<p>I didn't do as well in the Political Science field because I realized that they did not fit my working ethics. If I get straight A's in my science classes this semester, would it change anything?</p>
<p>With just those stats alone, what are my chances of transferring into schools like UPenn or Johns Hopkins? Would having strong essays and recommendations boost my chances more? I appreciate all of your help and suggestion :)</p>
