Chances at U of M -Ann Arbor and NYU?

Caucasian female, 15 yrs old (skipped a grade and graduating a year early)...
I got a 30 on my ACT, weighted GPA is 3.88
4th in a class of 6.
I have a scattering of C+'s and above...
In tenth grade, I took honors chemestry and lit (only honors courses our school ever offered... its a small private school)

I have a 690 on my SAT II literature, a 620 on my U.S. history... still waiting for my biology and math level 1 results....

Senior Year (11th grade):
President of Yearbook,
Design Team on Newsletter

Sophomore/Junior Year(10th grade):
Vice President of Student Council
Design Team on Newsletter and Yearbook
Head of Program Committee for planning a community holiday celebration (volunteer)

9th grade:
Head of Publicity committee for planning a youth day (volunteer)
Design Team on newsletter

As I read what other people have posted, this doesn't sound like much... but it's actually EVERYTHING our school offered... I'm kinda concerned about getting into U of M, I think I might be able to SCRAPE in, but I don't think it's very likely... however, my brother and grandfather were both u of m alumni, and I live in ann arbor, so I think that gives me a little bit of an advantage... For NYU, I'm applying to Tisch, so I have to submit a portfolio, and I plan to do something with video ....
any ideas about what my chances are would be appreciated... thanks.

It's hard to tell your chances without knowing your UMich GPA. Calculate it by unweighting everything and getting rid of all + and - grades. For example, C+ in honors chemistry is a 2.0. A B+ in honors lit would be a 3.0. It would be easier to predict chances if you calculate your Mich GPA. Also, have you taken any AP tests?

Haven't taken any AP tests, recalculated my gpa - now i have around a 4.3 (forgot how to do weighted averages (9th grade i got a 4.37 with classes; 10th i got a 4.3 with 6.5 credits))
