chances at UC schools

Hey guys, a lot of you seem to know more than I do about what it takes to get into UC schools so I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a really low UC GPA but decent SAT scores, so what UC schools can I most likely be expecting an acceptance letter from. I applied to all the UC's except Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara for Biomedical engineering. Stats are as follows:

-3.5 UC GPA, if you include all my classes up to 11th grade its 3.6 uw, 3.9 weighted, only reason my UC is so low is a really bad screw up sophomore year.
-1360 SAT I score (640 v, 720 m)
-680 wri, 790 chem, 800 math IIc
-EC's: bay section VP and local chapter officer for a club (FBLA), volunteer work at hospital and through octagon, piano, auditioned honors music groups for clarinet and choir, work 5-6 hrs a week tutoring math at JEI learning center.

If you guys have any ideas anything is much appreciated! thx guys ^__^

99% of Cal and UCLA students were in the top 10% of their class. UCSD isn't far behind. So the numbers certainly aren't in your favor, unless your school is very competitive.

UCI/UCD might feel that your test scores make up for your GPA. Riverside lets pretty much everyone in.
