Chances at UCLA? UChicago? NYU? Any ivies? Boston university?

I'm currently in my junior year and am thinking about applying to UCLA. I have an unweighted 3.5GPA (will be a 3.7) and a 4.3 weighted. The relatively poor unweighted is due partly to my family moving, as well as my father suffering serious health issues. My family also hit an all time low (I plan to bring my fathers illness to describe my low grades in my application). My SAT score is a 2100 and my ACT is 31. I play guitar, swim, volunteer at libraries and clubs (I've only recently started as volunteering was not necessary for college in england). I have studied abroad in England (I don't know if this affects my chances). I currently live in Illinois. I have experienced life in england as well as India. I am Indian( please tell me if this affects my chances)

Thank you

I also plan to mention that I had no preparation (not even the things that schools do to prepare), for the SAT and ACT, as well as having to write the tests at a particularly dark point in my life. I will also bring up the struggle of moving continents as opposed to countries, and the huge impact that it has (completely different requirements in England) yet still having good grades. I will graduate magna cum laude. I also participate in a lot of clubs offered at my school

Please reply back quickly
