Chances at UCLA undeclared major?

So, I'm planning on applying to UCLA this year (undeclared/undecided) and then transferring into their film program for junior year...that is how it works correct? Anyway, here are my stats:

I've got about a 3.7 average (91.5) unweighted, (and 105 weighted) and a 1950 SAT so far (I'm retaking them in about a month).
My application essay is pretty decent, I'm going to go through a couple more drafts just to make it perfect.
I'm in the hardest classes possible for my HS (All level 1's and 5 APs by the end of HS).
I'm in the top 10% of my graduating class and have recieved highest honors (above 100 weighted average) throughout every term of my HS career.
The teacher's I'm getting recommendations from are my very kind junior year english teacher, and my video production teacher who I've had for four years.
I've had a job for over a year now which i work at 9 hours a week, and by the time i graduate I will have with recognition in video production (100 hours of video related community service).
I've done track for two years (both indoor and outdoor)(fresh and soph), debate club for two (junior and senior), I started up a film club in my school my senior year (this year),I was elected the public relations officer for student council my senior year (I've done student council junior and senior years).
I created a PSA for a DMV video competition and I received finalist status as well as a scholastic gold key for that video. A news video on the FBI cyber crime unit I created was also selected for air on the FOX student news.

Any advice, predictions, or other input is much appreciated :)

…anyone?

…

Your GPA and SAT are below average.

I’d say less than 50% admittance.

UC does not require or solicit letters of recommendation for undergraduate admission.

Are you an out-of-state applicant?

Your SAT is below average by 80 points. I can tell your weighted GPA is far below average despite my inability to convert your GPA to a 4.0 scale. The average admitted UCLA student has a 4.35 weighted GPA. The university is a reach for you. I would say you have a ~25% chance.

I feel as if my gpa is not an accurate representation of my grades in general; I say this because junior year I had mostly 95’s and a few 92’s; with one 78 (in AP History). For my junior year, my weighted gpa still came out to be about a 4.2. All other years my grades have been consistent. Also, does anyone know the exact SAT average for ucla? According to this site, it’s a 1900 but I imagine that’s slightly off. (Yes, I’m an out-of-state applicant.)
