Chances at UCs and other schools?

So with all the college apps and stress, I just wanted to know what my chances are for
UCLA, UCB, UCSD, Boston University, GWU, UMD, NYU

Work:
Private violin lessons
work at a dance studio in taiwan (summers)
dance performances in other countries such as Czech republic, Australia, Austria
work for taiwanese government committee, also in taiwan (sumemers)
-recently in a small documentary they made

As an OOS student for the UCs your chances, with that ACT and GPA, are not competitive for Berkeley, LA or SD.

Try UCSB, UCI, UC Davis, Merced and Riverside. Please note that there is very limited financial aid at the UCs for OOS students. So, your fees will be $55k per year.

UCSD: Low Reach
UCB/UCLA: Reach

ACT needs to be around 32+ for UCB/UCLA and 31+ for UCSD. Also you UC GPA is low since the averages for these schools are around 4.1+. If you have the money to attend, the UC’s suggested by @aunt bea would be better choices based on your academic stats.
